IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- £100 per unit based on 2 adults sharing. This is a fixed fee for the whole meet.
- £20 discount available for single occupancy.
- Additional adult (18+) fee of £25 pp. This gives access to full meet.
- Full balance to be paid by the 1st of October 2025. If the full balance is not received by 1st October, you will loose your place and anyone on the waiting list will be invited to take your place
GROUP BOOKINGS
- There is no group booking form this year.
- Each individual unit must fill out the form, however you can do this on someone else's behalf if they do not have access.
- If you would like to be pitched and seated in the hall together, please state the NAME of the people you would like to be with when prompted in the form
